We are thrilled that you are considering becoming a part of our mission to protect and conserve these magnificent creatures.
As a volunteer, you will be joining a team of passionate and dedicated individuals committed to protecting Olive Ridley Sea Turtles and their habitat. Our volunteers play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goals and make a real difference in the world. By volunteering with us, you will not only gain valuable experience and knowledge but also contribute to a cause that is essential to the delicate marine balance of our planet.
Here are some of the ways in which you can get involved and make a difference:
- Analyst: One of the primary activity we are going to do is to write to various organisation and try to bring them to Honavar for Olive Ridley Sea Turtle Conservation Activities. You can help us collect and organise such data.
- Awareness Campaigns: One of the most critical aspects of our work is raising awareness about the importance of Olive Ridley Sea Turtle conservation. As an Awareness Campaign Volunteer, you will help us spread the word about our cause through various outreach programs, including workshops, presentations, and social media campaigns
- Fundraising: Our NGO relies on the support of generous donors and sponsors to fund our activities. As a Fundraising Volunteer, you will help us organize fundraising events and activities, identify potential donors, and raise awareness about our cause.
- Beach Cleanups: Plastic and other waste materials are major threats to the survival of Olive Ridley Sea Turtles. By joining our Beach Cleanup program, you will help us remove debris from the beaches and prevent it from entering the ocean, thereby safeguarding the habitat of the sea turtles.
- Research: As a Research Volunteer, you will have the opportunity to work with our team of researchers and contribute to ongoing studies on the behavior, ecology, and biology of Olive Ridley Sea Turtles.
No matter which role you choose, you will be making a meaningful contribution to Olive Ridley Sea Turtle conservation, gaining valuable experience, and making a positive impact on the environment.
Please note that the volunteering activity does not include any monetary or honorary considerations. A certificate of appreciation can be provided on request.
We welcome volunteers of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels, and we will work together to ensure that you can make the most significant impact possible. To become a volunteer, please write to foundation [@]honavar [dot] com including details about you and how you can help. Kindly put some efforts in customising your email when you reach-out:
